1. 목적 및 동의
본 이용약관(“약관”)은 덴드로브(“당사”)가 제공하는 rit.run 앱 및 관련 웹/서비스(총칭하여 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 사용자는 서비스에 접속하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 정의
- “사용자 콘텐츠”: 사용자가 서비스에 업로드·전송·게시하는 텍스트, 이미지, 경로(GPS 트랙 포함), 통계, 댓글 등.
- “운동·건강 데이터”: 심박, 페이스, 거리, 고도, 신체정보, 운동 시간 등 건강 관련 정보.
- “정밀 위치정보”: GPS 등으로 수집된 사용자의 세부 위치 및 이동 경로.
3. 자격 및 계정
- 가입 최소 연령은 KR 14, US 13, GB 13, DE 16, ES 14, FR 15, IT 14이며 검토되지 않은 국가는 18세입니다. 기준 미만 사용자는 가입할 수 없고 guardian-consent flow는 제공하지 않습니다.
- 계정 없이 Guest Public Feed를 열람하려는 경우에도 현재 국가 또는 지역에 적용되는 최소 연령을 충족한다는 확인이 필요합니다.
- 계정 정보의 정확성을 유지하고, 자격증명(토큰·비밀번호 등)을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
4. 라이선스 및 제한
당사는 사용자가 본 약관을 준수하는 한, 서비스의 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가 라이선스를 부여합니다. 역설계, 비인가 크롤링, 자동화된 대량 요청, 보안 우회, 데이터를 불법적으로 다운로드·추출하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
5. 사용자 콘텐츠 및 권리
- 사용자는 본인의 사용자 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 보유합니다. 다만, 서비스 제공·운영·표시·개선 및 커뮤니티 기능 제공을 위해, 사용자는 당사에 대해 전 세계적·비독점적·무상·양도가능(하위 라이선스 포함)한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 계정 삭제 또는 콘텐츠 삭제 시 합리적 기간 내에 처리됩니다(백업·법정보존 예외).
- 다른 이용자·제3자의 권리(개인정보, 초상권, 저작권 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 없습니다.
public게시글과 허용된 공개 소셜 정보는 계정 없는 사람에게 읽기 전용으로 표시될 수 있습니다. 게시, 댓글, 반응, 팔로우 또는 계정 연결 데이터 변경에는 로그인이 필요합니다.- 게스트 열람자는 공개 게시글, 공개 댓글·반응·프로필과 Backend가 전달하는 이미지 미리보기를 읽을 수 있습니다. 작성, 반응 변경, 댓글 작성, 팔로우 또는 계정 데이터 변경에는 로그인이 필요합니다.
- Guest Public Feed 열람에는 계정 식별정보가 없으므로 로그인 상태에서 설정한 차단·음소거 관계가 적용되지 않습니다. 차단·음소거된 사람이 로그아웃한 뒤 공개 게시글을 볼 수 있습니다.
6. 안전 및 의학적 고지(중요)
- 서비스는 의료 목적이 아니며 의학적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 건강 상태와 환경을 고려해 스스로 안전을 책임져야 합니다. 응급상황에서는 지역 응급 서비스를 이용하십시오.
- AI 분석과 생성 결과는 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있으며 의료 진단, 치료, 응급 판단 또는 전문 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 사용자는 결과를 검토하고 오류 또는 우려를 고객지원에 알릴 수 있습니다.
- 야외 활동 기록은 거주지·통근 경로 등 민감한 정보를 노출할 수 있습니다. 공개 범위를 신중히 설정하시기 바랍니다.
7. 현재 요금
현재 확인된 서비스에는 유료 상품, 구독 또는 앱 내 결제가 없습니다. 향후 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우 가격, 청구, 자동갱신, 해지 및 환불 조건을 적용 전에 별도로 고지하고 필요한 동의를 받습니다.
8. 금지행위
- 위법·타인권리 침해, 스팸/스크래핑/봇 남용, 리버스 엔지니어링, 무단 광고, 악성코드 배포, 위치·건강 데이터의 무단 수집·판매·재식별 시도 등.
9. 제3자 서비스 및 오픈소스
서비스에는 제3자 서비스(지도, 인증, 건강·웨어러블 연동, 광고, 분석, AI 생성 등) 및 오픈소스 소프트웨어가 포함될 수 있으며, 각 제공자의 약관·정책이 적용됩니다.
10. 지적재산권
서비스 및 그 안의 소프트웨어·콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 당사 또는 라이선서에 귀속합니다. 당사의 상표·로고를 무단 사용하지 마십시오.
11. 서비스 변경·중단
당사는 서비스(기능·콘텐츠 포함)를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다.
12. 해지 및 정지
사용자는 언제든 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 약관을 위반하거나 법령상 필요가 있는 경우 당사는 사전 통지 후 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다(긴급 위험의 경우 사후 통지).
13. 보증의 부인
법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해성 등에 대한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
14. 책임의 한계
법률이 허용하는 최대 한도에서, 당사와 그 계열사·임직원·파트너는 (i) 간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해, (ii) 데이터 손실 또는 손상, (iii) 본 약관 또는 서비스로부터 발생하거나 관련된 모든 청구에 대해, 사용자가 직전 12개월 동안 서비스에 대해 지급한 금액(지급액이 없는 경우 미화 50달러)을 초과하여 책임지지 않습니다. 단, 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 법에서 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제외됩니다.
15. 면책
사용자가 본 약관 위반 또는 사용자 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 제3자의 청구에 대해, 사용자는 당사를 합리적 범위 내에서 면책하고 방어해야 합니다.
16. 준거법 및 분쟁해결
소비자 보호법 등 강행규정을 제외하고, 본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할로 합니다. 거주지 법이 소비자에게 더 유리한 강행 규정을 제공하는 경우 해당 규정을 우선합니다.
17. 기타
- 분리 가능성: 조항 일부가 무효가 되어도 나머지는 계속 유효합니다.
- 양도 금지: 사용자는 당사의 서면 동의 없이 권리·의무를 양도할 수 없습니다.
- 전체 합의: 본 약관은 서비스 이용에 관한 당사와 사용자 간 전체 합의를 구성합니다.
18. 통지
당사는 앱 내 공지, 이메일, 또는 합리적인 수단으로 통지할 수 있습니다. 사용자 통지는 support@dendrove.com 등 본문 기재 주소로 보내면 됩니다.
19. 약관 변경
중대한 변경 시 합리적 기간 전에 고지하며, 발효일 이후 서비스 이용을 계속하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the rit.run app and related services (“Service”) provided by Dendrove (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- “User Content”: any content you upload, post, or transmit (e.g., text, images, GPS routes, stats, comments).
- “Health Data”: heart rate, pace, distance, elevation, body metrics, workout duration, etc.
- “Precise Location”: your detailed location and routes derived from GPS or similar signals.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- Signup minimum ages are KR 14, US 13, GB 13, DE 16, ES 14, FR 15, IT 14, and 18 for unreviewed countries. Users below the threshold cannot sign up, and no guardian-consent flow is offered.
- Opening the Guest Public Feed without an account also requires confirmation that you meet the minimum age applicable to your current country or region.
- You must keep your account information accurate and safeguard your credentials.
4. License & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, automated high-volume requests, security circumvention, and unlawful extraction of data are prohibited.
5. User Content & Rights
- You retain rights to your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, reproduce, display, and process your User Content for operating, improving, and providing the Service and community features. Upon deletion, we will remove it within a reasonable time (subject to backups/statutory retention).
- You must not upload content that violates others’ rights (privacy, publicity, copyright, etc.).
- A
publicpost and allowlisted public social information may be shown to people without an account in read-only mode. Signing in is required before posting, commenting, reacting, following, or changing account-linked data. - Guest viewers may read public posts, public comments, reactions, profiles, and backend-delivered image previews. Signing in is required to create content, change reactions, comment, follow, or modify account data.
- Guest Public Feed viewing has no account identity, so block and mute relationships set while signed in do not apply. A blocked or muted person may sign out and view public posts.
6. Safety & Medical Disclaimer
- The Service is not medical advice and is not intended for medical purposes. You are responsible for your own safety. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
- AI analysis and generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency judgment, or professional advice. Review outputs and report errors or concerns to support.
- Outdoor activity records may expose sensitive information (home/work routes). Configure visibility carefully.
7. Current Charges
No paid product, subscription, or in-app purchase was identified in the current Service. Before introducing a paid feature, we will separately disclose applicable price, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms and obtain any required agreement.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Unlawful activities; rights infringement; spam/scraping/bot abuse; reverse engineering; unauthorized advertising; malware distribution; unauthorized collection/sale/re-identification of location/health data.
9. Third-Party Services & Open Source
The Service may integrate third-party services (maps, authentication, health/wearable connections, advertising, analytics, AI generation, etc.) and open-source software. Their terms and policies apply.
10. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service and its software/content. You may not use our trademarks or logos without permission.
11. Changes & Availability
We may modify or discontinue the Service or features. Material changes will be notified through reasonable means.
12. Suspension & Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or where required by law, with prior notice where feasible (or promptly after in urgent cases).
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dendrove and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for (i) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; (ii) data loss or corruption; and (iii) any amount exceeding the greater of USD 50 or the total fees you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Dendrove harmless from third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law & Venue
Except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court. Mandatory consumer protections of your residence country prevail where applicable.
17. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

We may provide notices via in-app messages, email, or other reasonable means. You may contact us at support@dendrove.com or the addresses listed above.
19. Changes to Terms
For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
